Alumni Escape to New England Sept. 28-Oct. 9, 2017
We're off for an exciting getaway in the midst of the fall colors!
We've planned an exciting New England Tour starting in Boston and proceeding north through Maine with stops in the historic seaport town of Portland, dramatic coastal scenery of Bar Harbor on Mount Desert Island, and Acadia National Park.
We'll then head to New Hampshire’s beautiful White Mountain National Forest. Continuing west, we'll visit Franconia Notch State Park and see the famous ‘Flume,’ then wind our way past historic covered bridges to Burlington on the eastern shoreline of scenic Lake Champlain for some maple syrup tours. Along the way we'll enjoy the beautiful fall colors of maple, beech, elm and oak covering the mountainsides. On our return to Boston we’ll visit the city of Salem on the north coast of MA, famous for its 1692 witch trials.
